Her obvious love for animals is her most winning trait. She takes care of them as if they were her own pets. She is not afraid to make suggestion on their behalf when she notices something in their environment can be improved be it their food, the toys they play with or location of litter boxes. You know all those details you're sweating about when you have to leave your little one when going away, well Carrie is brilliant at managing specifics and is 150% reliable. She really does care more about your dog/cat than you can imagine. She's been sitting for me for 3 years and every time I have returned home, 'the kids' were happy.

My kids can put up a 'protest' about my departure and not eat when I'm away. Carrie has gone out of her way to even buy them a different food so they didn't go without for too long. 

She's a professional sitter, not a fly by part-timer so expect all of your personal affects protected and respected, along with timely visits and fun to our furry best friends!!

Carrie did a wonderful job caring for our two cats. She spent a lot of time with them during her visits, and she communicated with us frequently, sending along many photos. Carrie took the time to really understand our cats’ personalities and to care for them according to their likes/dislikes. Carrie has been taking care of my 2 rescue cats, Nala and Lionheart, for over 7 years (as of 7/2023).  Both Nala and Lionheart are anxious kitties and Carrie is absolutely wonderful with them.  They each have their own temperaments and issues, and Carrie tailors her visits and interactions uniquely for them.  During her most recent visit, Carrie noticed that my cats were anxious because I had never been away for quite so long.  She spent extra time with them, brought a radio to help them feel more comfortable when alone, and used proven techniques to reduce anxiety like T-Touch.  Additionally, she is always texting tips and advice about how to improve their lives.  I never worry about Nala and Lionheart when Carrie is taking care of them.  Prior to Carrie, I had had a terrible experience with a pet company in the Bronx.  I am so thankful I found her, and as long as I live in the Bronx, I will continue to use her services.  My cats will not find better care than Carrie while I am away.
